...had a favorite gadget?

I didn't go to this class, but I know that we must to write about our favorite gadget.
My favorite one are my headphones cause I usually use it for everything I do. When I'm on the bus I plug them on my mp3 player or in my cell phone, that I can use as a mp3 player too.
When I'm at my house, I plug them on my stereo and at the risk of going deaf,  I let it to highest volume I´m able to resist.
I get them for 3 years (I think so), and I believe that they are perfect to me.
My headphones are foldable, black and their brand is Phillips.
Sometimes I feel protected by them,  specially when I just wanna run away and dissapear, a second, of this world...

When you have to talk about your favorite kind of music, the song you like the most, your favorite band or singer, you noticed that you’re in troubles, because it’s difficult to choose one.

How I really must talk about one...I gonna choose Macondo ( is the song i'm hearing now).

This song is about a town called Macondo (ooh! what a new!), this fiction place is where happen all of the events of  the novel Cien Años de Soledad  by Gabriel García Márquez .

I don't know why I like this song, could be because is a very happy one, maybe cause is a cumbia and is perfect to dance on weekends at a friends BBQ. (Although I listen it everyday).

Macondo was played for differents bands as: La Sonora Palacios or Sexual Democracia.

Le monde Diplomatique website is a great opportunity to know  in depth about

nationals and internationasl news.

Also the website offers to you the option to buy books from publishers collections about a specific topic.

Le Monde is a mensual newspaper,but you only can read a little about the publication about the publication of the topic that appears on the cover.

Le Monde was founded  more than 50 years ago in France, and now is published in 26 languajes  in more than 40 countries.

I must to confess that I started to read Le Monde cause my History teacher at school, ask it for a test, It was happened more than 2 years ago and now I can´t to stop to read it because the topics there are very interesting and talk about differents things.

...watched The wizard of Oz?

Everytime that I ask myself  why  I love The Wizard of Oz   I can't find the answer. Maybe could be that movie moves me away of reality,

The wizard of Oz was filmed in 1939, directed by Victor flemming, and starring by Judy Garland as Dorothy, Frank Morgan as The wizard,  Ray Bolger as Scarecrow,  Bert Larr as Cowardly lion, Jack Haley as Tin man and Margaret Hamilton as The wicked Witch of the West.

This movie was based on the novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum.

The plot: Dorothy, a farm girl who lived in Kansas with her uncles.

A day that she was alone in her house, a tornado passed and takes away the house with she and her dog, Toto.

When she awakes she noticed that she was in a strange village. She was helped by Glenda, The good witch, who talks to her about the Wizard of Oz, a man who make her go back  to Kansas. Glenda gives Dorothy a red slippers to keep her save from the Wicked witch of the west.

On her way to the city, Dorothy meets a Scarecrow, a Tin Man, and a Cowardly Lion , who each lament to her that they, respectively, lack a brain, a heart, and courage.

The three decide to accompany  her in hopes that the Wizard will also fulfill their desires, although they demonstrate along the way that they already have the qualities they believe they lack: The Scarecrow has several good ideas, the Tin Man is kind and sympathetic, and the Lion, is ready to face danger...

I believe that is the reason cause I love this Movie... Cause: "Somewhere over the rainbow Skies are blue,And the dreams that you dare to dream, Really do come true..."
